    Got it did a hard reset on my xbox after that, and seemed to work.

    I did reser my router and still doing the same thing. Tired connecting my computer and other devices to check. They work.

    Have you tried to reset your router or contact your internet service provider?

    Hey there prleon!

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get an IP address.

    If you haven't I would highly suggest trying the guide entitled "My Xbox One game won't start or freezes during gameplay".
