Xbox One X, can’t add account or sign-in

Was attempting to sign into Xbox Live on my One X and received error 0x8019005. Tried restarting console and also restarted router. Restarted console via 10 second front power button press. No luck. Confirmed that Wifi is working via my phone and Xbox
connects to network, says all services are working, all network tests run successfully. Tried removing Xbox gamertag profile and re-adding. Now not even receiving an error message. When I try to “Add New” for my profile, get a green circle, then just takes
me back to the “Add New” prompt.

There is no error code to reference and can’t sign-in to my profile because when I go to “Add new” it doesn’t even prompt me for a username.

Yes, already performed. No, does not fix the issue (as seen in the video). Same thing is still happening (don’t even get the option to enter any info after selecting “Add new”).

-I have turned off the console via the guide (with instant-on enabled and disabled, instant-on is currently diasabled).

-I have restarted the console via the guide.

-I have power cycled the console via the power button on the front of the Xbox One X.

-I have power cycled the console via the power button and unplugged the power cord for 15 seconds then restarted.

Hello, do you already performed a console power cycle? this will fix most of the times this kind of issues, here are the instructions in the following link:

This solution resolved the issue of not being able to add my account. Account is now added back, only issue I've had since is not having some DLC not syncing with Rock Band 4 (still looking into that). Consider the original issue resolved.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info & updates.

Select Reset console.
