Xbox One X buzzing noise while playing GTA V especially during cutscenes

This is a 5 days old Xbox and i'm trying to avoid the returning process especially that i'm not sure if there's a problem because all the other games (except GTA V) don't cause this weird noise or maybe
not as loud.

You can start the video directly from 0:35 and you will definitely hear it and it's not an update because it happens only while playing gta

I played the video I heard movement noise from yourself but no noise from the console so I think its ok. sometimes my xbox one s makes a buzzing/humming noise when its doing updates.

I don't use an external hd and actually it happens in all cutscenes and sometimes while playing certainly it's related to loading new stuff like roads or video in cutscenes for example (hdd noise maybe or fans) but i don't know why it's only happening
with GTA V.

You mentioned it was in a certain cut scene. Do you possibly have an external drive installed? Maybe it is using a little more memory at that time maybe, that's all i can think of since there are no issues like like universally for that game but that doesn't
meant that it is not an issue, maybe you are one of the first to report it. But i think it might be a memory loading issue possibly. But that sound would come from the external drive.
