xbox one x buzzing noise when fully powered off in powersaving mode

hey so iv had my xbox one x since november and i have not used it all that much and i noticed when i powered it off the fan would stay on so i turned off instant on mode so now its in power saving mode but when i turn it off i can hear a very quiet
buzzin noise note its that quiet i have to put my ear to the side of the console to be able to hear but i have ocd and anxiety so now im paranoyed its broken and not even used it much yet

Thank you for posting on the Xbox Forums the problem is that the noise is a coil whine which occurs when a lower level of power is being drawn from the console. and my advice is to send it away and get it repaired, buy new one or leave it how it is.
but it your choice, as a gamer and I can see you love your Xbox my advice is buy new one or send it away get fix.

because that noise is not normal and I have read loads of different threads from other people comments

so when i turn it off the fan can be heard untill its cooled down then the buzzing noise can be heard if i unplug the power lead it stops but if i plug it back in it returns even if i dont turn the console on

so does that mean it will eventualy brake on me and i only just bught it its the xbox one x robot white one and i not sure if i can exchange it for a new one as iv had it since november got it on black friday so argos might not swap it for a new
one now

Try not worry ok I have same problem had it since December time last year and my console working very well I still have noise .

I have been reading different articles that it not your fault no one fault. my next advice is contact Xbox Support and explain to them.

so its normal cus i heard if its not fully off i can shorten the life of my hard drive if i unplug the power without it being fully off and i have tried unpluging the lead the noise goes but when i plug it back in it returns
