Xbox one X broken - Call of Duty Modern Warfare

Acitivision has not responded to any of my support tickets and the website keeps directly me to reach out to you all as well. I have already reached out a couple days ago when my system first started crashing after installing and trying to play cod mw.
Now i cant join party chats, the game constantly crashes and every 5 crashes it hard crashes and shuts down my entire system. I stopped using party chat and that helped for a bit but now even in game chat it is crashing all the time. I cant play anything without
it crashing. Loaded up rocket league, crash after 15 minutes cant talk to my buddies even when not playing mw it tells me the chat is disconnected. I have tried every solution online I can find on here on youtube on reddit nothing works. My system is messed
up horribly and I am concerned damaged permanently. What am i supposed to do now? This was a perfectly functioning brand new within this year xbox one x that never had an issue until cod mw. Are they going to fix my box are the going to replace it? How can
something like this go un checked and be allowed to continue while it is destroying peoples property. I am just in shock at how little you and and activision are doing for those hurt by this. Someone needs to help me this is insane and an experience I definitely
will be remembering next time i purchase a system. If you dont take care of your customers you wont have any simple as that. Please get back to me with any tips, help, or guidance on how to proceed. I cant use my system and think its permanently ruined I need
help to either fix or get those responsible to own up and right the wrong. Worst game release I have ever been apart of to-date and really makes your company and activision look like amateurs who obviously cant be trusted with customers hard earned money.
