Price reduction and bundle deals already

I am deeply disappointed to see deals for the Xbox One X just over 2 wks after release, after Albert penello said there would be none, especially for Black Friday. Day one adopters geting a bum deal as bundles with 2 games are now £449 just over 2 weeks
after its release, the same price of just the Xbox One X on its own that loyal preorder customers paid. Surely there should be some form of compensation, maybe the games in the deals offered to pre order customers as digital codes?

    Hello Ricky,

Thank you for contacting Forum support!

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I do recommend to try with a different outlet or power cable and see if that fixes the issue. (The console has a built in surge protector so there is no need to plug it into a surge protector)

Should there still be issues after changing the power source I recommend to take the console back to the place of purchase or set up a repair with a live agent.

the best way to reach Live Support would be here:
    Contact Us

It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
no thanks, pick the category(Games)and just pick a contact method (request a call from support or Chat is faster

    Hope this helps.

    Something to try first ...

Unplug your console from the wall and unplug the power cable from the console itself, and let it sit for about 5-7 minutes. Then, try and power it up again. If that doesn't work, and it's still not powering up, you may indeed need a repair. As your console
is relatively new, it will be under the manufacturer's limited warranty. Go to
    https://devicesupport.microsoft.com
and you can begin a repair request there.

I'm having similar issues on my xbox one S. This has been happening since the Oct 13 Update, which failed.

At first I couldn't get anything to work. So, I unplugged the console, waited 30 seconds, plugged it back in.

Now I can get it to come up, but I have to press the power button manually after I power on the controller.

Of course this initializes the console from scratch. Kind of a pain. Until the update I was able to hold the xbox button on the controller and the console would power up. Powering off still seems to work from the controller. The update status on the controller
says the last update failed, but there is no new update available to load. Waiting on new update to see if that helps.
