    Yesterday i was trying to update to the latest update. It would not fully update, i even tried a full reset. I then tried to do the offline update with the OSU file. It stops at 3-7% every time. I tried xbox support and the lady on there said i would have
    to send it in for service, which will cost over $250. This all started with an update that Xbox required toeven log in online. Is my console bricked, and if so is there a chance I send it in and they don’t charge the full ~$250? Is there any other way to offline
    update and possibly get it back to working? Sorry for so many questions.

    I guess it could just be my console pooping out coincidentally, but the woman on xbox support seemed to be appalled that i would even suggest the update did anything to my console. I’m really frustrated with the situation.

    If it's an Xbox One S or X you should be okay if it's one of the original Xbox One consoles that has the power brick then you will need to obtain a new power brick.

    Xbox One X will not boot.

    It is an Xbox One X so there is not a external power brick.

    Hi

    If it is an Xbox One S or X then it should work as these support multi voltages. If it is the original Xbox One that has a separate power brick then you will purchase a replacement power brick.

    This is not the power cable for the xbox one x. It doesn't come with a power brick.
