Witam, one x nie reaguje na klikanie przycisków w drążkach w nowym padzie. czy jest wadliwy?

Xbox one x kontroler problem z jackiem.

Witaj forum, sprawę mam. Grałem sobie wczoraj grzecznie na xox na słuchawkach podpiętych do pada, wyłączyłem konsolę - dziś uruchomiłem ją znowu i x nie wykrywa żadnych headsetów podłączonych do pada przez jacka (brak ikony w dashu, brak opcji ustawień dźwięku).
Grzebałem w ustawieniach konsoli, podłączałem innego pada (lunar), aktualizowałem pady, podpinałem je przez usb, zresetowałem system do zera (użyłem pendrivea), sprawdziłem trzy różne zestawy słuchawek (w tym jedne od xboxa) i zero reakcji. Śmieszne jest
to, że gdy słuchawki podłączone są do pada od scorpio to w jednej z nich słychać delikatnie statyczne buczenie, gdy podłączam je do kontrolera lunar, nie ma żadnego dźwięku... Jakieś pomysły? Myślę, że pad od scorpio się skopał (poszedł jack) a ten lunar nie
ma bluetooth więc może konsola wysyła dźwięk tylko w takim formacie...

I'd be happy to try an help fix this issue.

First make sure the controller is fully turned on and connected to the Xbox by holding the Xbox button to turn it on and hold the bind button on the top of your controller and the bind button found on the front of your Xbox. Once the light is solid and not
flashing it is connected.

If the Xbox does not respond to controller inputs then perform a
power cycle.

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 5 mins.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

If you launch the Xbox Accessories app on your Xbox One you will hopefully see and icon that looks like a beaker to the right of the three dots (…) if you select this icon it will show you the controller inputs made including pressing the sticks down to
allow you to check all the buttons and joysticks are working.
