Xbox one X blank screen

The troubleshooting where you have to hold down the eject button and the power button doesn't work on my 1x, I only hear one beep and not even a beep at the start. I am still having an issue where my One X displays a blank screen on start up and still have
a blank screen.

I received the blank screen last night and I did not get the green startup. I tried the rest and I still have blank screen on my xbox one x. The HDMI cable is good, i tested it on my switch. What can I do?

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue and your console is not coming up the way it should.

That's not supposed to happen. I would suggest that if the soft reset did not help, to either try the reset that removes everything instead, or getting your console serviced.

Do this command and see if a screen with 4 options appears for you.

If the screen with 4 options appears select ''reset'' and then keep the games and app. You won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

Press and hold the BIND button (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

If the screen doesn't appear I'm afraid your console needs repair.
