    Xbox One X black Tv but Xbox is still on but the controller does nothing


    So yesterday I bought the new cod and started to play it and it was going good but it froze trying to get into a game so I was of course and so I restart the Consol and I turn it back on but when I turned it back on my TV was just black and but the Xbox is still on, my Xbox controller does not work like when I try to hold down the Xbox home button on the controller it doesn’t do anything, and I tried looking for a video and trying different methods like the black screen of death and nothing is working.

    HDMI TV Control

    the xbox does not support cec or hdmi control, you would need to go to tv setting on the xbox and setup tv control again as it may have lost the code, the xbox controls tv's via infrared only.
    I have this same issue, I just got my Xbox One X, and set up the Xbox to control my TV as well, and the Xbox says it recognizes my TV and is controlling it, and will turn itit onon and off, but when it comes to controlling the volume nothing will happen.

    Black ops2 works on my Xbox one x in 3d when I hooked it up to my Sony bravia 3d tv. As does ac3.

    It's a passive 3d system(non powered glasses)

    Might be settings issue on tv?

    Controller suddenly stopped working. Lights up when plugged in, tried multiple cables. Does not show up under device manager.

    My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore
