    My Xbox One X has gotten the black screen. The hdmi cable itself is not broken because it works fine using other devices. Additionally the monitor works fine as well because it connects to other devices. I have tried using the factory reset option but it has not promoted me with a trouble shooting menu. I don’t know what to do.

    But thx for answer, i found a button in the screen after finding the screen notice...

    and the game got only 2 black colums on each side, but it will be enough for me.

    No 4k, but well, not a 4k Screen.
