Xbox One X Black Screen Problem

I was watching anime on the funimation app when all off a sudden the sound started going out for a few seconds at a time every minute or so. This then started including a visual glitch to go with it, so i exited out of the app and restarted it. The same
problem was occurring so i turned the console off. The next day i went and bought the new Call of duty and put the game disc in to install but the screen was black and there was no audio either. I read some help articles online and tried most of the reccomendations
but the only one that seemed to do anything was holding the power button for 5 or so seconds to shut it down, i then unplugged the tv and console for ten seconds, and when i went to turn it back on i held the power and disc eject button until i heard the second
beep to start it into low res saftey mode or whatever its called. I got an error message i believe was from the tv which said something like there was a problem detected. after about 20 seconds i got a picture though it was disproportinate but i was able
to move through the menus. I was going to go into the display settings and try to figure out if the app maybe switched the video quality somehow or something because the tv that im using is an older flatscreen thats not 4k or anything. While trying to navigate
to the menu the screen glitched out and went dark again. i waited and about 15 seconds later it flashed back on and i continued to hurrily try to make it to this menu, but this glitch followed by black screen continued to happen repeatedily and i never was
able to make it into the settings before it stopped happening. I have tried to reset and restart, unplug and whatever i can to get this to happen again but havent had any success bringing it back up since then. I now am not sure what to do and am frustrated
i cant use my xbox. is there a way to fix this or would factory resetting it possibly fix this issue? if so how could i do that with no picture?
