Xbox One X Black Screen Of Death

My Xbox One X experience, it it started 1 year ago 5 months of me having the console, my Xbox One X had this problem where it wouldn't load up games ill get a different error code which will tell me to uninstall the game, then reinstall the game, it got to the point that I was playing my xbox and it would crash and make me factory reset the whole console, and how it all started was I was playing cold war with my mates my internet cuts off to my Xbox so I go to the internet settings, I get a message pop-up thing telling me to make this work please factory reset the console. So I reset the console it turns off my console like normal it says "Preparing..." it will stay on that screen for ages and then it will say "Something went wrong." it'll give me two options one being "Restart this Xbox", when I restart the Xbox it repeats the same process of the preparing and then to the Something went wrong screen. The Second option is Troubleshoot that give me the option to factory reset, that option doesn't work because it repeats the process of the Something went wrong screen, the next option it Usb offline update, that doesn't let me press the button so I got a Usb with the update format on it won't let me press the button the next option is to Restart the Xbox, I have tried everything.

Eventually I fixed this bug by completing a offline usb update which worked after the 5th time, My Xbox one x is having this problem were I turn it on my screen doesn't do anything it doesn't boot up or so me anything via the Usb port, so i thought, So i turn my controller on but it was syncing to the console so i try and sync to my console but the sync button on the console is making the XBOX logo flash its not doing anything, my xbox one x doesn't even turn off without me hard turning it off (basically holding the Xbox button till i here the fans turn off) sometimes i can here something turn off in the console but the xbox logo doesn't turn off. I need help my console warranty is gone I am not spending 218.8pounds to wait 7 weeks when I can buy a new Xbox one x for £100+
