    Xbox one x (black screen of death) problem after 5months of the date of purchase !!


    Purchased a brand new xbox one x in late june literally 5months later october it stopped working it had the no signal issue apparently caused by a faulty (retimer chip) i still have my original xbox one and its 6 years old and works perfectly fine till
    this day, apparently this is a common occurence im just mad that it happened to me after 5months of use literally still brand new only played it 3x a week max 2hr sessions anyways i had to waste my time and send it back since i ordered it from microsoft hopefully
    lt gets replaced with a brand new console

    Hello, Jerry0G! If this is a Faulty Console you should be able to return it and get another one I think. also the sooner you can return it, if its not a Faulty Console If you have insurance for it you should be able to return it.
