Xbox One X beeping sound

Maybe a hard reset can help.

Hold down the power button until the Xbox shuts down.

Then unplug the power cable and wait for 5 min before plugging it back in.

That might solve the problem

Hi, i believe for the last 12 months my xbox one x has been making a loud beeping sound. It doesn’t happen every time i use it. It seems to only happen when i play it for longer than 4 hours. The beep is coming from the console its self and lasts
a good second. I previously contacted xbox support on twitter and they only asked about how the console is plugged in (EG: Wall outlet or a powerboard) and never got anything back

is it in a ventilated area. sounds like its over heating

Hi, i believe my xbox is not over heating, its not in a confined space and has a lot of room to breath. I have my console going length ways up. I don’t know if that helps or hinders its cooling down but i will move it and see if it still happens

So my xbox one x started making the beeping noises as well and it was happening for a week or two and now the picture and sound nothing comes on it sounds like the xbox is trying to turn on then it just like shutdown idk what to do any advice. I
have trying the hold power button for 10 sec multiple times

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Forums regarding your Xbox One X. Now when you are saying it's making a loud beep sound, Is this coming from your TV's audio or do you hear the beep coming from your Console as you would with the power up tone?

If you have not tried this yet, Go ahead and
Physically Power Cycle your Xbox One and then give it another try and see if you still hear the beep.
