Xbox One X Battlefield V gold rush bundle - Missing Battlefield 1 Revolution

hello.

i bought the new xbox one x gold rush battlefield v bundle a few days ago. in the description of the product as on the bundle itself is written, that the bundle includes battlefield 1 revolution. But i cnt find the game. There are only codes for battlefield
v, game pass and ea access.

Does anyone have the same bundle and know where to find bf1? or can anyone else help me?

I have the same issue as all of these other people. I want to be able to play battlefield v. those two ways you listed do not work unfortunately. the code for battlefield 1 revolution and 1943 work. and the 1 month ea access works. please fix this for
me as soon as possible. the main reason I bought the xbox one s bundle was to play battlefield v

Hello, I'm not the thread-opener but i have the same issue when trying to redeem the Battlefield V-Code from my Xbox One X-Bundle i've received today. There is a detail that may helpful for resolving this issue: On the BF V-Codecard are two other codes:
One for Battlefield 1 Revolution + Battlefield 1943 and one for 1 month EA-Access. These both code have worked fine, i mean i've redeemed both without errors. Only the Battlefield V-code does not work.

The links you have send are not useful in my case. The message i've got when i try to redeem the code isn't listed in these documents.

Please read the thread-opening message again, especially the error message "Read the instructions enclosed with your code. You may need to redeem it on another website." or in german "Lesen Sie die Ihrem Code beiliegenden Anweisungen. Möglicherweise müssen
Sie ihn auf einer anderen Webseite einlösen."
