Xbox one X Audio/Video Sync issue on Samsung UE55NU7400

I have a samsung mu5800 4k display I run my xbox thru hdmi port 3 I really should put it on 1

Anyways are you using a hdmi.2.0. Cord and gold plated?

Also I have a soundbar and I use the digital optical out from tv ro my samsung sound bar with 300 watt subwoofer

This way all my devices connected to my tv can use my soundbar or threater system without latency

I've made those changes and is has helped but there is still a lag there. Only slight but it's still there. Most notable on 4k discs.

Is there anything else I can try?

I'm using what I think is 2.0 cable. See my first post as I put a link to it, has the same spec as 2.0 just doesn't say it on the box. It's not gold plated but I believe the only benefit of the gold is less oxidation over time, though I don't know myself
of any other benefits of gold over regular. Since this is brand new then it shouldn't be an issue for oxidation.

I'm not using a soundbar, it's direct into the TV. I was in input 3 to begin with but I've moved to input 1.

I take it you run optical out from your xbox to the TV, then optical out to your soundbar? Also what model of xbox one do you have and what model is the Samsung soundbar?

Is there any issue running other devices as HDMI into your TV but optical out?

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having issues with a slight delay between videos display and the audio in all your streaming apps. Have you tried the console out on another monitor or TV just to check
if it does the same thing? I would recommend trying a Soft Factory Reset:
How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One. (make sure you select the "Keep My Games & Apps" option at least at first)

Give it a try and let us know with a reply how it goes.

Note: You will need your Microsoft Account Emails and Passwords to recover any accounts after any reset.
