Xbox one X apps won't install

New xbox one x everything installs except blu ray app, films & tv, amazon video won't install. Just says installation stopped at 0.0,% every time. Tried everything suggested. Run out of ideas and patience.tried hard reset, reset console pretty much
cleared the whole thing started afresh but nothing.

i have the same problem , i buy my new brand xbox one s 4 days ago and i can't download apps like youtube , spotify and 3 apps extra for avatars, accesories , when I download them it stays in 0.0 and seconds later I see download stopped without advancing at
all 8x80072f8f error and it is not my internet or my router or failures of xbox live please help and try everything that moderators have written and it does not happen absolutely nothing I still do not have power, is it a problem for you or ours?

We apologize for this particular inconvenience but we have had some
Xbox Live Status Alerts affecting these services. They have, however, been cleared out so what could be happening is leftover
information on the console is obstructing the performance. We suggest clearing out the consoles caches since when they get full might cause this type of errors.

How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One:

Settings

System

Storage

Clear Local Saved Games

Yes and Restart



To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

Settings

Network

Network Settings

Advanced settings

Alternate MAC Address

Clear and restart

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid
of any corruption as a byproduct.

I know it's a hassle, but take it back and exchange it. If you have these problems and need to try a factory reset etc, then something's not right. You shouldn't need to do that with a new piece of kit.
