Xbox One X and the LG 32UD99-W

Has any one got the LG 32UD99-W to truly work in 4K UHD with the xbox one x? With a true aspect ratio of 1:1 not full wide.

Hi ... I'm aiming for a general problem with many players with 4K screens from all the companies Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, LG and I have replaced the XBOX ONE X twice at the store and the problem is still appearing randomly at me and at a lot and all the
solutions did not work ... I hope XBOX ONE X support team find a final solution because it is really annoying !!

** Note that I use other devices on my screen 4K and there is no problem

Well this solution did not work with everyone and the problem appears randomly over a period of time and disappears and then reappears

I hope the solution of the support as soon as possible !!

 

Check your monitor’s OSD settings. There should be an option for aspect ratio, but the

LG manual states that if you’re already at 2160p (4K) resolution, there shouldn’t be any stretching in the first place.

Also verify in the Xbox display settings that you’re at 4K resolution.
