    Xbox One X and Sony HT-S350 Soundbar issue help!


    I have connected my new soundbar to my 4k tv via the hdmi ARC connection on the back of the tv. Now when I go and view my video settings on the Xbox one x, HDR and dolby vision is now for some reason
    turned off even though my tv supports HDR 10, Dolby Vision and is 4k 60hz. Both cables I am using are 4k compatible. So there shouldn't be an issue there. Any help would be appreciated.

    I fixed it! All I had to do was change my hdmi setting to HDMI 2.0 manually and it works with the soundbar! Thanks for your help!

    Thanks. This worked for me. I have xbox one x with Sony Ht-z9fr soundbar and Samsung Q7f tv. I hope every one else finds this useful.

    Dolby Atmos random cut outs

    I have too sound/picture cutout problems. I have Sony HT-ZF9 3.1 Dolby Atmos Soundbar. It seems to be only when enabling Atmos on Xbox one S. Super annoying. I have latest Sony zf9 soundbar update. It enabled eartc option but that didnt help for the problem
    either! Microsoft fix this and fast!!! When i not using atmos on xbox one s everything works just fine.. so its xbox one problem not soundbar or tv! I have sony tv also.
