    Xbox One X - 3rd Console Error e100


    I would try and contact Microsoft direct but their call back option constantly says "but something went wrong on our end. Please try again later"... I am now on 3rd replacement Xbox one x from microsoft with each of the last 2 consoles having the same problem, thankfully under warranty. (All within the last 18 months) My current console has now done the same thing Error Code E100... I have tried all of the recommended steps with no success. I cannot contact Microsoft as listed above.

    Has anyone had any success sorting this problem or is there a better way of contacting Microsoft other than the request call back option which doesn't work.

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help

    That is a hardware error. It means there's something wrong with the console's hard drive and it will need to be repaired.
