    Hello. I bought Xbox One X and monitor AORUS AD27QD. Playing on 30 fps its not super. I bought games: GEARS OF WAR 5 ( super 60 fps ), Metro Exodus ( 30 fps ), Jedi Fallen Order ( 30 fps ).

    Is this possible to be happy with 30 fps? Any happy users here?

    I guess this is a thing everybody has t odecide for themselfs. In my Opinion it is possible to enjoy games on stable 30fps. Sure 60fps or more are a nice thing, but starting at 30fps it should not have a lag on the pictures...

    How do the games feel for you? With a monitor that supports 120Hz and Freesync (144Hz is only for PCs) you've got the best type of monitor for gaming on a console. Much better response timings than most users with their TV's.

    At the moment for consoles your stuck with the 30 fps limits on these games. You'll need the next gen consoles for 60 fps titles.

    Only much more expensive gaming PCs Can play The Division 2, Exodus and Jedi Fallen Order at 60 fps. The gaming PC that I built can run these at 60, but that cost me £1300.

    Hello sew3334,

    Honestly, I don't mind it. It all depends if the game can be done properly around the 30FPS limit. There's some classic titles that I still play with here and there even though I'm using a 144Hz curved monitor. I don't the 30FPS as long as the game can keep
    me moving and is programmed and animated good. But then at the end of the day it also comes to personal taste and preference as well.

    Example : SSBM is still a popular game even though it's at 30FPS.

    My monitor is AORUS AD27QD 1440P 144HZ 27inch. When i am playing 2-3 meters away from monitor i dont see clearly that is 30 fps. I dont see that little slowliness.

    But when i am very close i can notice that.

    Also last question. Can i be happy with 30 fps on games like Division 2, Metro Exodus or Jedi Fallen Order?
