Xbox one x 30 dollar credit

I bought an Xbox one x during the promotion period where you would receive a 30 dollar credit 10 days after purchase, it’s been nearly a month and I have gotten nothing, I have talked to countless support people and they are oblivious to the fact that that
was even a promotion even though it was a huge banner on the main Microsoft page. I want my 30 dollar credit, thats the only reason I bought it on your website instead of at my local Walmart.

Pay what you owe XBOX

Back in April I purchased two 30 dollar Microsoft Cards for my xbox live onto one receipt and was not given a credit of 5 dollars per every 15 dollar value onto my xbox account as promised by the special promotional going on XBOX.com. I was only rewarded
with a five dollar credit. I am missing 15 more to that credit amount. Will someone please assist.

Um you don't get double taxed

You buy 65 bucks of gift codes you get 65 bucks.

You are only charged tax when you make a dlc purchase

You would've been taxed o the 30 dollar purchase x 1.whatever your sales tax rate

And the 20 dollar purchase 1.whatever

You would be less then 15 as a result

In life you pay taxes never on gift cards only on purchases

Well for one thing you can't expect 30 dollar game not without tax or 20dollar
