    Xbox one x 120hz not working.

    It is a 1080p 165hz moniter with 2x hdmi 2.0 inputs. I'm not getting the option in my xbox settings to turn on 120hz why is this

    xbox series s & x user this monitor does not work on xbox series s or x at 1080p at 120hz you will be stuck at 1080p 60hz no matter what i try everything it just doesn't work. If someone can prove me wrong please do so but i'm about 99% sure it won't work properly

    its work, on my S and X on my AOC monitor with a HDMI cable 2.0 i can set on setting at 120hz on old xbox one i can't try it because i don't own the old Xbox One. But i use it on my AOC monitor at 1080p@120hz on my XBOX one X.

    Sorry for not clearing things up, but i enable 120hz. Now im on 120hz on xbox one x, and fortnite looks amazing.

    For the Xbox one X you have to choose one or the other reguardless of the monitors specs. Either 1080p at 120hz or 1440p at 60hz. The Series X thats coming in November will support 4k at 120hz at the same time. đź‘Ť

    Altough the Xbox One X supports 1440 and 120Hz, games are not going to run on 120Hz, console is not prepared for that yet.

    So my best advice is to go for 4K HDR if your monitor supports it, and when the Series X is released, you will be able to use 1440/120Hz!

    It should do, going by the online manual.

    However, the Xbox One X and S can be seriously fussy when it comes to displays and this may also be the case with Series X.

    Monitors that work on Xbox One X with all features should work on Series X too.

    I would advise doing some research first rather than blindly buying one. YouTube is a good place to check. Make sure you actually see the console running at 1440P @ 120Hz on Xbox.
