Xbox One X - 0x80831002

Hi all,

Since a few days I have been getting the error 0x80831002 on my Xbox One X. After resetting the console in all the different ways and researching online, I have got to the conclusion that this is a hardware issue.

Based on this, I have been trying to reach out to Microsoft for 2 days now but I can't get further than the chatbot. Is there any other way to contact Microsoft? I really would like help to sort out this issue with my console as soon as possible.

Hi Parity,

Thank you for the quick response. Unfortunately, I have tried this multiple times (even waited till it 'opened' for my region) but I keep getting an error when entering my phone number.

Additionally I have also tried to submit the Xbox One X for service through the device page (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices/) but keep getting an error
there as well.

La tuve que enviar al sat de microsoft. Me la enviaron de vuelta a las 3semanas y desde entonces sigue funcionando sin problemas.

Si no lo has hecho, el último paso sería "borrar en todas partes" los guardados de esos juegos y crear un nuevo guardado.
El guardar en la nube puede estar dañado de alguna manera. Ese es el último paso antes de contactar con el soporte de Xbox y quizás obtener una reparación, pero no creo que una reparación solucione este problema, parece que tiene que borrar
el guardado de todas partes para solucionarlo. En lugar de "solo desde la consola", seleccione "borrar de todas partes".
A menos que este sea otro problema, como una actualización que no se haya actualizado o que esté en el programa interno de Xbox para obtener una vista previa de los paneles, eso es todo lo que puedo pensar.
Si está en el programa de vista previa, eso podría ser una causa para esto y una futura actualización podría solucionarlo o puede eliminarse del programa para obtener el panel público y eso podría solucionarlo.

If you haven't, the last step would be to "erase everywhere" the saves for those games and create a new save. The save in the cloud may be corrupted somehow. That's the last step before contacting Xbox support and perhaps getting a repair, but I don't think
a repair will fix this problem, it sounds like you have to erase the save from everywhere to fix it. Instead of "from console only" select "erase from everywhere". Unless this is another problem like an update that hasn't updated or you're in the Xbox insider's
program for preview dashboards, that's all I can think of. If you are in the preview program that could be a cause for this and a future update could fix it or you can remove yourself from the program to get the public dashboard and that could fix it.

Por caché del juego, ¿quiere decir borrar los guardados locales en Mis juegos y aplicaciones> Juegos> Empujar INICIAR (botón de 3 líneas) en su juego> Administrar juego> Borrar de la consola SOLAMENTE
(no de todas partes)?La próxima vez que inicies el juego, se guardará el guardado después de eso como "Sincronización ..."

¿Y está sucediendo este problema en un juego o en muchos?

By game cache do you mean erasing the local saves in My Games and Apps > Games > Push START (3 lines button) on your game > Manage game > Erase from the console ONLY (not from everywhere)? The next time you start the game it will download the
save after that as "Syncing..."

And is this problem happening on one game or many?
