Xbox One Wrong Time Right Timezone

Copy/Paste (as this question was locked with no anwser to fix) and i need an anwser as own an Xbox that doesnt work due to it...

So up until today my Xbox One has been fine. No issues, shows the right time.

Today for some reason, at 10pm in 2022 it thinks it is 2am in 2019. I immediately checked my timezone and everything is correct, so its not that.

I am unsure if this is connected to the first problem but it also cannot open any online app on the console. I have run a check on the network connection and it isnt the internet, and some error messages say it is an issue connecting to the Xbox system. I have looked through the settings and see no ways to fix this.

I have tried restarting, turning it off and on again, running any check on offer, and have scoured the internet for an answer and gotten nothing helpful.

I don't even know why these issues came about so suddenly, there was a recent update but it was fine the day after it so I dont think it was caused by that?

Have you already tried to go Offline via the network settings and then manually change your date & time?

Actually there is an outage with Xbox live services, some gamers started complaining about the same, their Xbox date appears as 2019

So probably this is related to the issue with servers

Try keeping an eye on the live status page:

And when everything is normal again, do this on your console:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for 3 minutes or 5 as your console and try again when everything's up and running with your internet

As for timezones, my posts shown incorrect times since the new forums came out

Please understand that they were refering to the Xbox Live time showing, if you are having an issue with your Xbox.com timezone double check you have the correct timezone selected in your settings on the forums. If it still shows the wrong time it will
be something that will be fixed. You can access the forum settings on the main page. I hope this helps you Metal10957
