Xbox One wouldn’t load disc, tried holding down power button for ten seconds now won’t get ...

I recently purchesed RDR2 on disc and spent eight hours downloading it, after finally getting it downloaded i started it only to find that it wouldnt get past the loading screen and when it would i had no textures on anything and couldnt move. So i uninstalled
it and reinstalled it. This time it wouldnt regonize the disc in the menu so i held down the power button for ten seconds to try to reset it and turned it back on, now it wont get past the green loading screen at the very beginning of the start up

Black screen while game is loading!!!

Remove the disc (if it's a disc version) from the console. Hold the power button down for 8 seconds until the Xbox powers itself down. Unplug the power from the wall after shutdown and wait 30 seconds. Plug the console back in and hold the power and eject
button for ten seconds to power it up. Insert disc (if it's a disc copy) and it should get past the black screen.

1. Power down the console (hold power button for 5 seconds)

2. Hold power button and disc eject button until you hear a bing & then release

3. Console will start with green screen

4. Console will turn off again and reboots with green screen, then console provides black screen & loads up dashboard

5. Dashboard is loaded up on safe mode 640x480 resolution

6. Hold the off button down for 10 sec

7. Once the console is off, remove Kinect sensor

8. Turn console on

9. Start the game

10. connect sensor again

Hi,

first of all I suggest you to turn on the console and wait a few minutes. Sometimes the first green screen can last more than expected.

If the console gets stucked on the green screen more than 10 minutes you can try to perform an offline update as explained here:
