    Thread is a month old but I think it's worth getting now with all the games coming out in October and November. Being honest I could have done with waiting until now to get one as there haven't really been any games I've wanted or played for that long, but
    that's my own fault.

    Some people paid £349 for a Playstation 4, if those same people were to buy a Playstation 4 tomorrow it would cost them £349.

    Some people paid £429 for a xboxone, if those same people went out tomorrow to buy a xboxone it would cost them £329 with 50000 microsoft credits (worth £30) and a game (effectively £299 with a game) and £10 for Kinect 2 (PMSL) from CEX.

    I think the xboxone will be £279 soon.

    Some great games coming up so id say its a good time to upgrade, especially with the price drop XBOX ONE worth buying yet? :)

    I have both but if I had to choose id definitely opt for the One, both are great though just not enough free time to fully appreciate them :-(

    I was putting off and putting off getting it due to loss of my games etc. but combination of price drops and friend willing to buy my 360 and also the rewards offer i couldn't hold out anymore. I don't know what i was waiting for! i love it only early days
    but the dash is lovely and quick, nice and smooth too. The games look incredible, and games are starting to roll out. i think GTA is going to look spectacular when it arrives. I'm chuffed with it, its's re-ignited my gaming life.

    I always thought it was worth owning, because that other console just didn't have the games I was interested in. In my opinion the One has suffered terribly at the 'jump on the band wagon' reporting of the media. That's not to say that Microsoft misjudged
    their customer base, but since then any opportunity hasn't been passed up by the media to give the One a hammering, sensationalised reporting of broken drives at the beginning, RAM issues, Resolution issues etc. the list goes on.
