    Hi,

    This is regarding the XBOX one that i ordered on November 30 2015 with order 9322871876. I received the order around 12/08 and found issues in the console. After calling customer care, they tried to rectify the problem and then finally advised me to take
    the console to XBOX or microsoft store where they can immediately can change/replace the console. Though i was very interested in getting the replacement even i was fine in reserving the $400 on my card. But as advised by customer support, i went to Palo Alto
    Microsoft store with the complete unit. In Microsoft store, they said they can not replace the unit and the reason that was given to me because my XBOX is refurbished and they do not have refurbished units in store. Well, point taken. I asked for suggestions
    to get the unit asap and they said that they will keep the unit with them and ordered a replacement unit for me in the store which was supposed to reach to me in 5-7 business days. This was confirmed to me in store when i asked when am i suppose to get the
    replacement. This transaction happened on Dec 12 2015. Today is Christmas and I have not received the unit yet. The service order number that was given to me in store was 1317365788. I received an email on Wednesday Dec 23 2015 from the XBOX Customer Support telling
    me to check the status on the service request. After checking the status i was stunned. As per status, i will get the unit on Jan 13 2016. Seriously? How about you keep the unit with you only instead sending it to me? It took 1 and half month for Microsoft to send the
    item to customers?

    This is the worst experience of mine with Microsoft. I committed XBOX one to my son on Christmas but because of Microsoft I could not. I have been telling this whole thing to my 8 year old son and explaining him why he did not get XBOX. He said "Microsoft
    is really bad company. How are they surviving?". I smiled and kind of felt good that somehow he understands that it is not my fault. Well, I am going to send the remaining stuff (Kinect, additional wires, controller, game etc.) back to Microsoft and hope to
    get my money back in time.

    Next actions:

    I will print the return label and send the xbox one unit without console.

    Microsoft does not need to send the console under service order 1317365788.

    Once Microsoft gets the return from me without console, issue the refund to me immediately.

    Or suggest me next action items so that i get my money back as soon as possible.

    For this kind of issue you'll need to contact support again if its still not resolved. Sorry if this isnt the answer you wanted to hear but anyone here in the forums are just gamers such as yourself and dont have anyway to assist with this kind of an issue
