It sounds like it could possibly be a bad LED. You could reach out to
phone or chat support for further assistance regarding that, but if nothing seems to be wrong or affecting you, that could be a good thing.

Same problem here on one of my controllers. Connect it via USB and it works fine. XBOX button lights up solid like it is connected, but only XBOX Home button works and console responds like I want to turn it off but the joysticks won't move to select anything.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand your power button is not lighting up. The console functions completely fine except the power button not lighting up correct? If that is the case I would try a

power cycle. You could also try a
soft factory reset. If them do not light it up, could be that the light just burned out.
