Xbox One won’t update

Discus and support Xbox One won’t update in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My Xbox One stopped updating. Got error code: 0xb050033 but Microsoft servers aren’t down.     Xbox One won’t update


    My Xbox One stopped updating. Got error code: 0xb050033 but Microsoft servers aren’t down. Already tried trouble shooting tasks and those did not fix the problem. Internet is connected and speed test showed 300Mbps. Tried soft reset on console. Don’t have password and system doesn’t connect to send code for me to get logged in. My assumption is the console isn’t connecting to servers to send data. Anyone know what I can do now?

    Thank you for reaching out. I see you have been having some trouble with updating your console. Going by the error codes you are receiving and the troubleshooting you already tried, I suggest you try an

    offline system update    . You will need a USB flashdrive and a Windows based PC in order to begin. Hope this helps! :D
