    Xbox ONE wont update


    Does anyone know why I cant update my XBOX ONE it keeps saying Error not connecting to server and I have been trying foe 2 weeks every day and it still isn't updating, so is there anyone knows what's happening and why. there is internet connection via my
    profile as I went onto youtube and it worked but update doesn't so I am unable to play any games.

    day one update

    I installed the xbox one yesterday, it downloaded 76% of update , then the update failed, now my xbox wont connect to the site to update

    Wow! I am just having the exact same problem as you. And it looks like lots of people are having it. After talking to a community ambassador from Microsoft, he told me that there were issues with Xbox Live's servers. So I'm currently trying the offline system
    diagnostic tool. You should give it a try.
