Xbox one wont turn on.

So after buying the new call of duty on Saturday i get home install the multi-player play a map and then let the rest of the game install at around 5pm.. Come 7pm my xbox wont turn on. I get the power on noise once then it wont make the noise again. I managed
to eject my game but even the eject noise is very weak. No lights come on my power on button at all. I have messed around trying all the troubleshoots available and no luck. Tried to perform an offline update to solve this and there is just no power in my
Xbox whatsoever. I then spend hours on the chats being told that the parts inside the Xbox can experience wear and tear.. Bearing in mind that this xbox isnt even a year old and is actually a replacement xbox issued by Microsoft after my first one did something
similar. Fair enough my xbox is no longer under warranty as the original one was bought December 2013.. But im in genuine shock that i can be told that wear and tear is the issue im having and basically pay £110 or get over the fact that i have an unusable
xbox very poor service over the phone, very rude. And finding somewhere to make a complaint is borderline impossible. Do i risk paying for a repair.. Or do i pay to have another "reconditioned" Xbox sent to me for the next year.

Xbox One wont turn on?

I just went out and bought an xbox one today. When I got home and set it all up as it should be but it wont turn on? Noise comes from the xbox itself when I press the On button and the Eject Disk button and the amber light is lit on the power brick which
Ive read means the power supply is okay. I've tried unplugging it all and waiting then plugging it back in but still nothing! I've also tried plugging it into another power source and that didnt work either. HELP ME

 

Hey mate,

Is you console plugged directly into the wall power outlet? And not into a surge proctector/double adaptor? Give that a try and see how it goes. To me it sounds like it might also be your power brick that is playing up, but it could also be the console

Yeah that was one of the first things I tried , tried to get all the easy fix solutions tried first. I always use the wall outlet and I tried my friends power brick and my power brick on his console and it 100% isn't that unfortunately.
