you should take it to a microsoft store, they will tell you what's the exact problem, it is for sure a hardaware problem.

If you listen to this advice make sure if it happens or anything in the near future you have them replace it under warrenty instead of providing you an over abundance of “great support”

I would recommend getting it checked in at a local Microsoft Store. They should be able to check it for you although they may need you to schedule a specific date for someone to come in and look at it.
