Xbox one won’t turn on pls help!

Hi my son’s xbox one won’t turn on. We have followed the advice and checked the cable works and the plug socket works our nearest Microsoft store is about 200 miles away

I understand you've followed the advice lined out for the Troubleshooting pages,such as here, and that you are not near a Microsoft
store. If the troubleshooting does not resolve your issue, your best bet would be to open a service request at
Microsoft Device Support.
They provide methods for repair and shipping in and out of warranty for your device.

Please let me know if you have any questions about that process and I'll be happy to help. I've had to use the service for my Xbox 360 as well as a few Surface issues I've had across the years and will help where I can.

So my account got locked, and when I got it back today it said my ultimate subscription expired in monday even though I didn’t cancel it pls help

And it won’t let me suscribe
