Xbox one won't turn on. It's not the power brick

I tried to turn on my console but it gave a message that said it could not find the home screen and then froze on that message. I tried resetting the console by holding my finger on the power button for about thirty seconds but no response. I went ahead
and turned off the surge protector it was plugged in to and turned it back on. Now the console won't turn on at all. I've tried resetting the power supply, plugging it directly in the wall, and finally I tried two friends power supplies off their xbox ones
that work on their consoles but mine still won't power on. Help.

solid orange light

I have an original xbox one with a power brick. The light is orange and when I try to turn it on it turns on for a second then turns off. Basically won't turn on. I bought a new brick but did not fix the problem. What is wrong with my xbox and how can
I fix it?

Xbox One power brick light turns off when plugged into console

Hi there. Recently the power brick on my Xbox One has not been turning on. when I plug it into the power strip, the orange light turns on. However, as soon as I plug it into the console the light on the power brick turns off, and the console does not turn
on at all.

I've read through the forums really quickly, so I'm not sure if this is a power brick issue 100% or is it also a possible console issue.

I've been through the Device Repair steps, and it's telling me that I need to get the Power Brick replaced. While I'm willing to do that, if it turns out that it's the console that's faulty, does anyone know if I'll be able to send the power brick back for
a refund?

Turn off your Xbox One Via the power button on the console hold it for 10 seconds.

Once the indicator lights on the front of the Xbox One and the console's power brick are off, unplug the power brick from the back of your console.

Wait at least 30 seconds.

Plug the power brick back into your Xbox One and turn it on

My power brick is fine until I plug it into my Xbox console and when I do so it turn the LEDs red and won't turn on my Xbox

I have a similar issue with my xbox 360. the light is on the power brick. tried reconnecting to different outlets, even bought a new power brick. the light is still red and the xbox system won't turn on. Thanks for any help you can provide.

This sounds like a power supply failure. Once plugged into the Xbox, the power supply is likely automatically shutting off because it can't handle the power load the console is attempting to draw.
