Xbox one won't turn on, fan just goes crazy when ac is plugged in

As long as the console is properly connected directly to the power outlet, the surge protector on the console may have kicked in. You'll want to follow

Xbox one Console won't turn on. It just stopped turning on but it yellow light on the adapter when plugged in.

When I plug my xbox into a different room it turns on but When I put it back into my room it turns on and goes back to the update screen and won't turn back on.

So, I was playing Fortnite a day ago when my Xbox suddenly turned off. I don't know what happend to it, but it isn't turning on. It just turns on for a second and then closes again. I have tried giving it a blow to remove the dust from inside but
it won't help. Also, my supply power brick is giving the normal green light as it does while I'm playing. Though, I was able to hear this very strange, not so loud noise from my power brick which is weird, because the moment I tilt my power brick the noise
goes away. It's like I hear a fan inside, working not so well, while the brick is in the position it should be in but when I pick it up or tilt it, the noise of the fan goes away (as if the fan just closed). I seriously need some help figuring how to resolve
this issue!

Try unplugging it for a hour and plug it back in maybe the plug is bad

I do not have an external hard drive plugged into it. I also tried plugging it into a different wall socket. Same thing happens, fan goes super loud and Xbox only turns on for a second then turns off
