Xbox One won't turn on correctly, constantly freezes at home screen.

Last night it was working fine. This morning I have been unable to play anything, anything I try to launch completely freezes the Xbox. I was also given this error code, but when I entered it on the site it said the code is invalid. 0x81c201c3

Xbox One Controllers FREEZE (NOT Disconnect)

I have an inconsistent but not infrequent problem with my controllers freezing/console won't take input from controllers. The packed-in controller and a Titanfall controller. One with headset adapter, one without. Both have the latest controller firmware
update. An example: controller input doesn't navigate home screen, launch games or apps, invoke menus, whatever. Home button tap will sometimes go home as it should, but not further input recognized. Holding home button brings up turn console off or turn
controller off dialog box as it should, but can't select either option, or the close option.

Interestingly enough, this also happens with the Xbox One infrared media remote. Same deal. Console won't take input from the remote, or the only input it will take is home button taps or holds.

Doesn't seem to freeze during gameplay. Only during app or home UI interaction. For example, controller won't freeze playing Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, won't freeze in the game's pause screen or options screens, but open friends or chat during a gameplay
session, controller input will freeze in the app.

Xbox one keeps freezing

My Xbox one is making weird clicking noises. Also, it won't turn on and just gets stuck at the green Xbox loading screen. Occasionally, it will turn on but it just freezes and I can't do anything on my Xbox. I have tried unplugging from the mains but that
doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Are you still having issues with your Xbox One? If so, let's have you
power cycle your Xbox One first. If that doesn't help, you may need to
factory reset your Xbox One and choose Reset and keep my games & apps.

Please work through those one by one to see if anything helps. and Keep us posted!

It won't even load the page on my xbox, it just freezes, no error code no nothing. I have to back out to the home screen.

Uninstalled and reinstalled, turned off and unplugged the xbox, and titanfall still won't get past the main load screen. Stays there for about 10 seconds, then back to the xbox one home screen.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Sorry to hear about the issue with MXGP 3. Does the game crash, and revert the console back to the home screen? If the game freezes on the title screen and stays there, is the console able to be taken back
to the home screen by pressing the home button on the controller? We recommend utilizing the article entitled
