After upgrading, connect your Xbox controller with a USB cable on your console, and turn on the console, if you can move the menus and access your console settings, do the procedure below with the controller connected by the USB cable.

Cache Xbox One

1. Go to xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds for it to turn off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Hi, so according to my example, you suggest to disconnect the Bluetooth of my iPad? I’ve tried but the issue is that when I turn on the controller it will try to connect to the last device (iPad), I can’t find a way to force the controller to connect to a device different from the last one

The same thing is happening to me except now it won’t even show up in my Bluetooth area because I forgot the device hoping that that would make it connect but now the option isn’t even there to connect because the Xbox controller doesn’t show up on my iPad as a Bluetooth option.
