    XBOX One won't turn off, flashing light


    When I go to turn my Xbox One off, the power button starts flashing again and again nutil it finally stops. While this is happening, the kinect turns on and off until the console itself turns off (after 30 mins or so).

    This have hapenned to me at leat 2 times in last 2 weeks....

    Is anybody else having this issue? Is it normal? How do I fix it?

    November Update

    yes same here it's crap as soon as i turn off and start back up the sign in will just keep loading i can see my profile load but can't select anything have to reboot then it won't connect to the internet have to restart my router then everything works fine.
    Or my console won't turn off the light will flash then the Kinect will turn off while the Xbox light keeps flashing .

    Loosing the connection between my controler and my xbox one s

    Very frequently, almost every day, when I turn on my xbox one, my controler is disconnected. When I try to turn on my controler the xbox sign light just flashing then turn off.

    XBOX One won't turn off, flashing light

    This is the console synching information to the Xbox servers such as your profile status, achievements and any game saves. It could also be downloading updates for games you have.

    I wouldn't worry about this happening unless the console never turns off although it sounds like it is doing.

    Mine has been doing it and it's not downloading anything. I boot up and it doesn't load everything o the main home screen. Then I try to power it off and the controller will just shut of without giving me the option to power off, as if the console wasn't
    on in the first place. I get up and press the power button and it just starts flashing. I have to pull the power to get it to shutdown then it starts back up without an issue.

    I've noticed my Xbox One could be over heating because when I turn my Xbox One off the power light flashes couple of times and it takes around 5-10 seconds for the Xbox One console to turn off, could this be over heating?

    Hi EggsBoxJuan power light is not flashing red light,no warning message either.The console turns off automatically while playing,if I turn it on again it works for few more minutes and then turns off, the light in both console and adapter goes off.
