    Xbox One Won’t sync


    So my xbox wont allow the controller to sync, i thought it was the controller but i tried the controller on 2 friends xbox ones and the controller immediately worked. When i used a USB to try and connect that doesnt work either. Its like that half of the
    console is just dead. Its the orginal so its the sync on the side.

    Controller Issues

    I’ve tried this along with changing the batteries. In the controller itself. The controller lights up and flashes but won’t sync when I press the sync button.

    Yes this is the only game , and yes the Xbox has Xbox live and is connected to the internet, it won’t let me sync the game either so I don’t know what the issue will be

    Cloud Sync Not Working

    This moderator is clearly copying and pasting old data from the Xbox One days. This troubleshoot doesn’t work on Xbox Series X or S consoles.

    “Cloud saved games” isn’t an option anymore.

    I can’t find how to force a cloud sync. I can’t play Starfield on my other console in another room because the data won’t sync.

    What’s the point of cloud saving if it doesn’t actually save???

    Yes, this first occurred last weekend. The console has been unplugged for multiple hours at least twice. I’ve changed all batteries in controllers as well.

    The console hasn’t worked for several days, tonight was the first time I found this forum to ask questions.
