Xbox One won't stay turned on

I have the Day One edition(if that matters). Anyway I just sent my console off for the disc drive repair about 2-3 weeks ago and just got it back about 5 days ago. For the first 3 days it worked just like new then all of the sudden the console refuses
to turn on/stay on

I have tried everything I found on Google, forums, support, ect for the past 2 days but nothing has worked. That includes different, outlets, tvs, HDMI, literally everything. Only I have not tried is a different power brick
Before I yet again have to send it off for repair I wanted some last advise and opinions. I will list everything
1. The power brick glows orange when the console is not in use. Turns white when you try and turn on the console
2. When I try and power on the console the Xbox logo on the front of the console always makes the beep/on sound, but only turns white 75% the time. When it does turn white the console only stays on for about 5 seconds then shuts off... Kinda makes like
a camera click noise when it shuts off to
3. Also seems like when I and turn it on while the Kinect is plugged in it won't even make the turn on sound. Won't even turn on period unless I keep trying then it does sometimes
Seems like it's not getting power and I hope it's just the brick but everything indicates it's working. Anyone wanna take a swing and help me guess what it could be before I send it off tomorrow?

Xbox won't stay turned off

Hi. My xbox was turning off and then yesterday I tired to turn it off and it turned off but a few seconds later it came back on by itself. It just keeps turning back on. Background downloads are turned off. Please help if you can. Thank you.

Unplug your plug&play cable it's probably trying to charge your controller

Hey there, I've found the following information for you.

Solid white or solid orange light: Your power supply is working. If your console won’t turn on, try plugging your console’s power supply directly into a different plug socket (not through a surge protector). from here:

I would also suggest as you're about to send it off for repair again to reset the factory defaults and see if that has any affect:

Mine is doing the same thing, did yours ever work? Mine did this all day yesterday, I got it to turn on last night and now it wont turn back on.

Uninstalled and reinstalled, turned off and unplugged the xbox, and titanfall still won't get past the main load screen. Stays there for about 10 seconds, then back to the xbox one home screen.

Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't already done so, we suggest you try the troubleshooting found in our

Xbox One Shuts off article. Depending on how the console performs afterwards, you may have to

setup a repair for the Xbox One. Hope this helps!

I'm sorry to hear that, Greyson.

Unfortunately, the description of your console's problem sounds like it may be hardware-related; should this be the case, I'm afraid you'd need to have it replaced or serviced. Please note that having an Xbox One serviced through Microsoft is no longer possible, as they have been discontinued for quite some time now.

• Are there any external devices connected to your console's USB ports?

• Just for confirmation, have you already tried unplugging your console for a few minutes (5 - 10 is enough) or using a different outlet?

• Could you try this other boot-up method and let me know if this makes a difference on the no-display issue?

Display reset:

- If there's a disc in the console, eject it.

- Press and hold the console's power button until it shuts down.

- Press and hold the Power button and the EJECT button until you hear a beep to turn on the console.

- You’ll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. Do not let go until the second beep occurs.

* If you have an All-digital Xbox One S or an Xbox Series S, you must use the BIND button instead of EJECT.
