Xbox One Won’t Start

Hi, sorry to hear that problem.

You can try to disconnect completely power supply from console and wall plug. Let it rest about 10 minutes.

After that period retry, if nothing changed, ask a friend to test his power supply on your console and viceversa, your power supply in his console, so you can see if the problem follow the power supply or is in the console itself.

Try holding the power button for 5 seconds

I can tell you when that exact thing happened to me I had to replace the external power source (aka cord and brick). Hope this helps.
