    Xbox one won´t start, power brick stuck on orange light


    Hi!

    I recently moved to a new appartment and when I was plugged in my Xbox one in to my new appartment, the power brick showed a oranged light.

    I've been patient and waited but it won't change back to the white light and is still not starting.

    Does anyone have the same problem? Or does anyone have a solution?

    None of my other electric equipment seems to be having any issues so I'll probably have to replace my power brick,

    Hello, sorry to hear this has happened to you. If the power brick is stuck on the orange light then you would most probably need a replacement power brick as this would mean that no power can be recieved through the power brick. If you have a spare one
    then try plugging that one into your xbox console to see if that solves the problem. If not you will have to buy a replacement. It may also be something to do with the power supply that you are attempting to plug your console into, as you say you have recently
    moved, have you been having trouble with any other electric appliance in your home? Good luck and all the best, I hope it gets sorted soon and you get back to your gaming

    Just to confirm, when the console is off your power brick has an orange light and when on it displays a green light, also the console does not show any red lights on it, it simply switches off reverting the power brick to the orange light?
