Xbox One wont sign into xbox live for 360 games.

I can't sign in to Xbox live on 360.

I can sign in on my Xbox One, but if I choose 360 games on my Xbox one it says the same. But Xbox One games works fine?

Unfortunately I can't see the photo or the video you have linked, but thank you for doing so. To troubleshoot this, I would like you to follow the steps:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage.
   
3. On the Manage storage devices screen, select:
   
   • Clear local saved games. This deletes games saved to your hard drive, but they’ll still be saved to the cloud.
     
   • Clear local Xbox 360 storage. This deletes Xbox 360 games saved locally, but they’ll remain in the cloud.
     
   • Select "Clear local Xbox 360 storage".
     

After following the steps, kindly access Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

I think if I sign into a games for windows live game while my bro is on 360 then I just show up as being signed in like normal, so I'd say it'll be the same on the One. The notification is that you've signed into Xbox Live, not Xbox 360
