Xbox One Won't Show up on TV

Hey everyone, got my Xbox one for Christmas this past year and it's been going pretty smooth until yesterday. I was playing BO3 and it wouldn't connect to servers (which happens sometimes) so I dashboarded. When I try to get back in the game it wouldn't
even allow me to. I do not remember the error it was giving but I figured if I reboot my Xbox it would work. So I shut it down, turned it back on, and the controller would not connect to the Xbox and the picture would not show up on my tv. I worked with it
and managed to make it actually show up after about 15 minutes. However, it was short lived. The minute I went back on BO3, it froze again so I had no choice but to shut it down. Now it won't ever show up on my screen when it's on, and like I said, the controller
does not connect either so when I turn it on it turns off after blinking for 15 seconds or however long. I've done a lot of research and tried the reboots, including the really powerful shutdown and even the eject trick which lowers the quality or whatever.
Some people said a faulty HDMI, I've tried it with 3 different HDMI cords, and also brought back my old 360 and tried it with them. The 360 still works like a champ after 5 years so obviously the HDMI and tv is not the issue. I am not great with these things
and this is why I am asking if anyone has any other ideas or has had this issue. It's quite frustrating but I also understand technology isn't perfect and that I had a lot of luck never having issues with my 360. So to repeat the problem, my Xbox turns on,
however it will not show up on my tv. Meanwhile, the controller can't sense the Xbox either therefore resulting in the controller to shut off. I greatly appreciate anyone who takes the time to read, and possibly respond to this. All hell is appreciated. Thank

Xbox 360 won't show up on my Samsung TV?

Hi.

I have a normal samsung tv with a cable wire connection.

My xbox is connected but I don't see anything show up on tv when it is. When I press source on my remote it says "no device is connected" .... No idea what I am doing wrong.

I am using the AV wire to connect tv/xbox.

Hi there, I haven't encountered this before but you could try a factory reset of the console. You will have to re downliad and re install your games and apps after but it might fix this if you can do it. If you can't even manage to get to that because of
your problem then I would have you file a repair request here.

I am having the exact same issue, but the factory reset does not work. The console worked fine, but after I cleared the cache that is when the problem started. Hoping someone on here has the answer! Thanks!

My xbox one has a disc stuck in.it and it won't play any of the games. When I turn it back on it doesn't show up on the tv

The only buttons on the xbox that work are the ejection and the power it won't show up anything on my TV

Yes I am trying to purchase from the Movies & TV store on Xbox one and it won't let me buy any movies or tv shows. I can't even get to the purchase phase because when I click on the movie or tv show it won't even do anything, I can just keep clicking without
it going to the purchase phase.

Our Xbox won't even show up on the TV screen. What's going on? Earlier we just couldn't sign into Xbox live now it isn't functioning at all!

I'm sorry you're experiencing this problem, I'm sorry about that. I have a few tips that might help if it's not a hardware failure, but generally speaking, the "No Signal" message on your TV could indicate that there is a problem with the HDMI. Please check the points below:

- Confirm that the TV and Xbox are turned on;

- Make sure the TV is set to the correct input signal (HDMI);

- Make sure the HDMI cable connection between Xbox and TV is properly connected;

- Make sure the HDMI cable is connected to the "HDMI out to TV" port on the Xbox;

- Try connecting the HDMI cable to a different HDMI port on the TV;

- Try using another HDMI cable (tested on another device) to connect the Xbox to your TV;

-Try connecting the Xbox to a different TV;

- Try on another outlet.

Turn on the Xbox, press and hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds to turn the console off and on again.

If the problem is not resolved after checking all the points I mentioned, it could be a hardware problem, therefore, the Xbox will need to be repaired.
