Xbox one won't show picture and won't connect to my WIRED controller

    Xbox one won't show picture and won't connect to my WIRED controller


    My Xbox one turns on but it shows a black screen on my TV... I thought it was just my TV but then I plugged in my wired controller and that won't even turn on.. I unplugged it and everything .. anyone know what's wrong?????

    xbox won't do anything

    I have the xbox slim and the picture won't show up on my tv. Yes i'm on the right input, i've had it for a month now. It's not the hdmi cable, because that is brand new and works. Also, (i think it's related), none of my controllers will connect to the console.
    Even the wired one! I keep trying to sync and they just stay flashing. And so does the wired one. It also just flashes instead of showing it's first controller!

    Having problems with my wireless headset.

    Troubleshooting doesn't help. Headset connects to port one and as soon as I plug in my wired controller, the controller connects to port 2 and they won't sync together.

    Having problems with my wireless headset.

    Troubleshooting doesn't help. Headset connects to port one and as soon as I plug in my wired controller, the controller connects to port 2 and they won't sync together.

    Xbox one s Controller not being detected by any device.

    I tried connecting it with a cable to my Xbox and it won't detect it. I also tried to connect it wirelessly to my phone and it connects but the white light on the controller keeps flashing, and it won't do anything. It only works when I connect it with a cable on my pc. It doesn't work on any other device wired or wireless.

    We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns your wired controllers not connecting to your Xbox 360.

    Our suggestion here, have you attempted to ensure that the USB ports on the console are all functioning? Have you tested other USB ports in general?

    If you could also provide any other troubleshooting that you have attempted so that we can provide the best possible solution.
