Xbox One wont show games or my queue on Games & Apps. Please Help!

My Internet got really bad recently so I paused my installations but after it started working better I tried to restart my downloads but it wouldn't show my games or my queue all I see when I try to accsess Games is a infinite loading screen and when I try
to access my queue I see nothing at all and it wont let me install any more games.

Please help this is a very serious issue I can only play games that I've pinned to home because of this and I wont be able to update any of my games!

Wont install / instant queue

When i try to install on my xbox one s Any games / apps will be in queue forever i even tried install now but it will stay on queue i am not downloading anything right now i WANT to download stuff but it wont let me its just weird.

Sunset Overdrive Download Disappearance!

On the Xbox one, go to Home -> My Games & Apps -> Queue...the game download should appear to the right of your games and apps under Ready to Install. (Per Xbox one help)

On the Xbox one, go to Home -> My Games & Apps -> Queue...the game download should appear to the right of your games and apps under Ready to Install. (Per Xbox one help)

I purchased GTA IV through the store on my Xbox One and after installing it I can see it in the "Queue" tab but can't find it anywhere else. It's not in "My Games and App" anywhere (except for the Queue tab) can someone help me please?

In my games and apps queue it says they are downloaded. However it does not show up anywhere in my storage. Amd removing and readding my profile did not help

Pompano, yes, if you go into My Games and Apps, if there is an update in the process of downloading and installing, it will show up in the third menu, "Queue." This shows anything in need of update, or in the process of downloading/installing one.
