Xbox One won't Restore nor Offline Update

Hello,

My Xbox One has been stuck in a cycle for ages.

Just 2 months ago it froze again during mid-game, upon restarting the console it took forever to load pass the Xbox screen and eventually brought me to the error page.

Since its not the first time that it has happened, I taken up the option to Update offline using USB, however it just doesn't seem to work at all, as the console goes into "Preparing" page, then more than half hour later it jumps back into the error page.

After that I had tried Restoring the console to default (Delete everything), but again it refused to do anything.

I've tried hard resetting the console numerous times, same with attempting to update offline / Restoring, none of them worked as the console just goes back to the error screen.

I've own this Xbox One since April 28th 2015, over these two years the console was probably functional for less than a year.

Is there anything I can do?

Have you considered carrying out a factory restore or a complete OS reload using the offline update tool?

Cannot access settings

if you cant access settings to do a factory restore , you will have to use the "offline update tool "
