    Xbox one won't respond to any action.


    I have been having a problem in the last 3 days with this. My xbox one seem to be okay but then after a few minutes it's seem to act up as not responding when I press the guide button and when I hold it down it takes me to a friend profile. I try to reset
    the system, but it won't let me reset or even turn it off. When pressing the reset system or turn off even restarting it. Can some help me please!!!

    frozen console xbox one

    My console froze while trying to troubleshoot a problem. Had just tried to clear local games, but console didn't restart like it should. Now it won't respond to any actions. E105 error code but that doesn't show on support.

    Hey there,

    Have you tried holding the power down on your Xbox One console until the unit fully powers down? If you cannot select options on the OS, that will be the best alternative. I recommend performing a

    Factory Restore on your Xbox One console     after that power cycle to make sure this issue doesn't pop back up. Be sure to select 'Reset and keep my games & apps'.

    Seems my Microsoft Store also has a set of problems, like I can't select a device to download apps onto. I suppose there really isn't a fix to what I have but thanks for the help nonetheless.

    Deleted all temporary files but the app remained and I still can't do anything to it.

    You may have successfully uninstalled it before and we just need to delete any file that may have been left. Please follow the steps below:

    Windows Settings > Storage > Temporary files.

    Check everything from there then remove files.
